The top selling home in Brisbane still stands at 46 Aaron Avenue, Hawthorn in August 2014 for $14 million, bought by mining magnate Gina Rinehart, now followed by Balaam. Number 34 Howard Street, Paddington, sold for $10.35 million in June 2009.
