A man has been charged after a fake bomb was found inside a toilet block at a park in inner Brisbane, sparking a security scare.The man allegedly ran into the busy Brisbane Jazz Club at Kangaroo Point, saying there was a bomb in a nearby toilet block.Queensland Police then reportedly found a device with wires coming from it in the toilet block at Captain Burke Park.
